1. Subscription Activation
All IPTV subscriptions are digital services and are activated shortly ( 30min to 24H ) after payment.
Once your subscription is activated and login details are delivered, the service is considered successfully provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
All sales are final once the IPTV service has been activated.
Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver a working IPTV subscription, such as:
Account details were not delivered
Service could not be activated at all due to a system error
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
Internet speed or connectivity issues
Device, app, or player incompatibility
Buffering caused by local network or ISP limitations
Channel changes, channel availability, or content updates
User error or incorrect setup
VPN, firewall, or third-party app issues
These factors are beyond our control
